New Parks
We believe every resident, in every neighborhood, deserves access to exceptional parks, trails, and recreation. Through our Park Fund, powered by ten percent of every general donation, we help Denver Parks and Recreation acquire land to build parks where they’re needed most.

Aligned with the Trust for Public Land’s 10-Minute Walk Program, which envisions all U.S. residents living within a 10-minute walk or roll of a park by 2050, the Denver Park Trust works in partnership with Denver Parks and Recreation to expand and improve access to public parks. As of 2024, 88% of Denver residents live within a 10-minute walk or roll of a park, and the Denver Park Trust remains dedicated to closing the remaining access gaps through strategic investment and collaboration.
