Project Type: New Park

The Denver Park Trust (DPT), in a partnership led by Denver Parks and Recreation, has assisted in the acquisition of two properties adjacent to existing city owned land at 44th and Pearl St. for a future public park in Globeville. The DPT contributed $50,000 from its Park Fund to support DPR’s purchase and fund future park amenities.

The Denver Park Trust, in partnership with residents and businesses in the Sunnyside neighborhood and Councilwoman Amanda Sandoval’s office, is pursuing an opportunity to add new 4.5 acre park and 0.85 acre trail in Near Northwest Denver.
