Community Unity: Preserving Denver’s Parks Amidst Budget Cuts
February 14, 2024: In an emotional press conference last Friday, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston announced heavy budget cuts of close to $5 million to Denver Parks & Recreation and the DMV—and it’s not expected to end there.
